Shipping policy

Upon completing your order, please allow 2 days of handling time and up to 1-2 weeks for shipment. Parts in stock will arrive sooner than items requiring an order from the supplier. Please be aware that there may be discrepancies with shipping calculators or a product’s “In Stock” status. Please note that some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and it will take time to provide updated tracking in our systems. You will receive a tracking notification email once your order is shipped. You can also log into your account and check the tracking information on the order.

International Orders

Please note some international orders may be subject to the receiving countries customs fees, duties, exchange rates, or taxes. This is out of The Lighting Guru's control. Please be aware of your countries import tax/duties prior to placing your order. We do our best to adhere to all international trade regulations, and any customs charges relating to your package will vary from country to country. We cannot guarantee what they will be in advance or if your package will have any at all unless noted as included in the shipping at checkout.
