Refund policy
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the item ships.
Returns will be accepted up to 90 days from original purchase date. All returns must be received by The Lighting Guru within 45 days from their original purchase date to receive a full refund. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment source. Returns received between 45 to 90 days from the original purchase date will be eligible to receive only store credit. If an order is placed using store credit; and that order requires a refund, the store credit will be re-applied to your account. This policy shall apply to any product purchases or deposits.
Please be advised that any free shipping promotions used on the original order will be forfeited if the order is returned and the original shipping costs (paid or unpaid) will also be deducted from the refundable amount. We are not responsible for return postage unless the return is required due to our mistake, in which case we will send a pre-paid shipping label or credit your order for the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift card is a non-returnable item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
